Why do we need stories?
Merrymount is celebrating 150 years in 2024 and we’re looking for stories to share that highlight the importance of work the organization does. The organization has seen many forms since 1874 when it started as the Protestant Home for Orphans, Aged and Friendless, but one thing has always remained the same, providing services to strengthen our community and support those that need assistance.
Where will we share stories?
Stories may be shared, with your permission, on social media, the Merrymount website, or in Merrymount print publications.
We will never share personal information and can omit your first name to remain completely anonymous if you would like.
